Landlord and Tenant
(listed alphabetically) |
| If
you have any of CLEO's Landlord and Tenant publications dated
earlier than February 2007, you should not use or distribute them,
as they are no longer accurate. On January 31, 2007,
a new Ontario law called the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) came
into effect. The old Tenant Protection Act (TPA) no longer applies,
except to some cases that started before January 31, 2007.
