What if OW or ODSP thinks I am living with someone but I am not?

If OW or ODSP thinks you are living with someone, they will look into it.

For example, OW or ODSP might think this if:

  • another person told them that you are living with someone
  • someone gets their mail at your address, so it looks like they are living with you

If OW or ODSP thinks you live with someone, you have to show them that this is not true. If this happens to you, it is a good idea to get legal help. See How can I get legal help and information?
