The changes say that financial statements have to be updated, served, and filed less often. Timelines depend on where the case is in the family court process, for example, a conference, motion, or trial.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/stepstojustice.ca\/legal-topic\/housing-law\/\">Steps to Justice<\/a>\u2019s housing law content has also been updated to reflect changes that took effect on September 1.
