They have also made appeals simpler and changed how their Appeals Division works. The Appeals Division now treats appeals like new hearings and can look at new information.<\/p>\n<p>The SST offers a <a href=\"https:\/\/sst-tss.gc.ca\/en\/your-appeal\/navigators\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">navigator service<\/a> to help people who don&#8217;t have a lawyer or other professional help.
