Designated contact person"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;Every resident has the right to designate a person to receive information concerning any transfer or any hospitalization of the resident and to have that person receive that information immediately.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #db7e06;\"><strong>In other words:<\/strong><\/span> <strong>You have the right to choose who the home must call if you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>go to hospital, or<\/li>\n<li>have to transfer to another part of the home or to another home unexpectedly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The home must tell your contact person right away if any of these things happen.<\/p>\n<p>An unexpected transfer to another home can happen only if there&#8217;s an emergency in your home, like a fire or a disease is spreading.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-46216","publications-page","type-publications-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.2 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>22.
