You usually have to use the grievance procedure in the collective agreement to enforce your rights.<\/p>\n<p>Most workers in Ontario have the right to join or form a union.<\/p>\n<p>A union bargains with the employer to set working conditions for its members, such as wages, hours of work, and overtime pay.
