For example, you might have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a separation agreement<\/li>\n<li>a court order or papers showing that you&#8217;re going to court<\/li>\n<li>bank or other financial records showing that you keep your money separate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You also need to explain why you live at the same address. For example, you might not be able to find another place where you can afford the rent.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re separated and OW or ODSP thinks you&#8217;re a couple, you should get legal advice.
