You must apply within one year after the day you moved out. The application you use is called the <strong>Landlord Gave a Notice of Termination in Bad Faith \u2014 Form T5<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The LTB can order the landlord or buyer to pay:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>your moving and storage costs<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;general compensation&#8221; up to the value of your last year of rent<\/li>\n<li>the difference in rent for up to one year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There are other things you can ask for.
