Sue the long-term care home"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Your long-term care home made a legal agreement with you to respect your rights in the Residents&#8217; Bill of Rights. So if the home does not do this, they have broken the agreement.<\/p>\n<p>A lawyer can give you advice about suing the home for &#8220;breach of contract&#8221;, which means breaking the agreement.
