HIV testing and reporting to Public Health in Ontario<\/p>\n

HIV<\/strong> is the Human Immunodeficiency Virus<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

If left untreated, HIV can lead to AIDS<\/strong>. AIDS is the Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Being infected with HIV is often called “living with HIV” or being “HIV positive”.
