Pre-screening questionnaire for CLEO Guided Pathways research study
CLEO is conducting a research study to look at how effective the Guided Pathways are at helping people fill out court forms. The study will help CLEO make the pathways better.
We are looking for people to join the research study. If you finish the study and follow the participation agreement, CLEO will pay for up to 2 hours of help from a family law lawyer to help you complete your Family Law Rules Form 8: Application (General).
Interested in participating?
Click the button below to complete the pre-screening questionnaire. You will be asked a series of short questions to see if you are eligible for the study. This will take approximately 10 minutes.

Completing the questionnaire does not guarantee your participation in the study. It is only used to determine if you may be eligible to participate.
If you do not wish to participate in the study, you can complete the Guided Pathway for children, support, and property (Form 8) on your own, and not as part of the study.
