CLEO launches new Human Rights Guided Pathway
People who experience discrimination often face barriers when trying to take legal action. CLEO’s new Human Rights Guided Pathway helps make the process easier.
This free online tool provides step-by-step support for people who want to apply to the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario (HRTO).
The Pathway asks users simple questions and helps them complete the forms they need to start an HRTO application. It is designed for people who do not have a lawyer and want help understanding the process.
CLEO developed the Human Rights Guided Pathway in partnership with the Human Rights Legal Support Centre (HRLSC) to improve access to human rights justice in Ontario.
