New WSIB online reporting process

The Workplace Safety Insurance Board (WSIB) has new online services for reporting claims and getting documents. To file a claim to the WSIB, you must fill out and send in an online form called Worker’s Report of Injury/Disease (Form 6). You do this through an online services account. Or you can call the WSIB to report by phone.
