Tell us about your service challenge

Interested in exploring a Guided Pathway?

Tell us about the process that is difficult for your clients or staff. CLEO will review the information and let you know whether a Guided Pathway is a good fit.

For any partnership questions, use the form below or send us an email at: guidedpathways@cleo.on.ca.

Protect client privacy

Do not include a client's name, personal information, documents, or details of an individual case in this form. CLEO will provide a secure process if client information is ever required for project design or testing.

What happens after you contact us?

  1. Initial review. We will review your service challenge and consider whether the project fits within CLEO’s mandate and priorities, and whether a Guided Pathway is a good way to address the problem.
  2. Questions or scoping discussion. We may ask to look at existing forms, policies, or procedures. Or someone from our team may ask to speak with someone in your organization who is familiar with the service challenge.
  3. Preliminary assessment. If your request seems like a good fit for a Guided Pathway, we will outline how the project could work. This includes what your organization would need to contribute, the expected timeline, and funding needs.

Submitting the form does not mean that your organization or CLEO has agreed to take on the project. It provides a starting point for discussion.

CLEO may not be able to move forward with a project if it falls outside our mandate or isn’t a good fit for a Guided Pathway. Other factors include whether CLEO can develop and deliver the project safely, whether enough funding is available, and whether CLEO has the time and resources to take it on.
