New publication about Ontario Ombudsman complaints

CLEO has a new booklet about making a complaint to the Ontario Ombudsman (Ombudsman). The Ombudsman takes complaints from people about how they were treated by certain Ontario or city government services. Examples of government services include Ontario Works, the Ontario Disability Support Program, and the Family Responsibility Office.

This booklet explains:

  • what people can complain about,
  • how to make a complaint, and
  • what may happen after a complaint.
