Assaulted Women’s Helpline
The Assaulted Women’s Helpline is a free telephone and TTY crisis help line for women in Ontario who have experienced abuse. It offers crisis counselling, safety planning, emotional support, information, and referrals in over 200 languages. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
They also have The Seniors Safety Line, which is the only 24-hour crisis and support line for seniors in Ontario who have experienced any type of abuse or neglect.

Embrave
Embrave has a 24-hour crisis support line program for people experiencing any kind of violence. They also have 24-hour shelters for all women and people who are gender diverse and aged 16 and older with or without children.

Fem’aide
Fem’aide is for French-speaking women in Ontario who have been experienced abuse, including sexual assault. It offers support, referrals, and information. You can call, text, or chat online. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

LGBT Youthline
LGBT Youthline offers text and online chat support from volunteers who are peer supporters aged 16-29 and have a diversity of 2SLGBTQ+ identities and lived experiences. They serve all of Ontario. They are not counsellors or a crisis line. But can provide referrals to other services.

Trans Lifeline
Trans Lifeline is an organization run by transgender and non-binary people for transgender, non-binary and questioning peers. It provides anonymous and confidential peer support to transgender and non-binary people in crisis.

The 211 telephone helpline is a referral service, offered in more than 100 languages, for all types of social services. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
