Hope for Wellness is a crisis and support helpline that provides culturally-sensitive counselling support for Indigenous people. Counsellors also provide referrals for follow-up services. Counselling is available in English and French and, on request, Cree, Ojibway, and Inuktut. You can also chat online in English or French. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Ganohkwasra Family Assault Support Services offers a family violence and sexual assault crisis line to the Six Nations of the Grand River community. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They also offer community counselling and education, shelter services, outreach services, and a youth shelter.

2-Spirited People of the 1st Nations
This organization has a crisis support line for Indigenous Peoples in the Greater Toronto Area.
They also offer counselling and referral services for First Nations, Metis, and Inuit people who self identify as Two-Spirit and/or LGBTQ+. And they provide support for Two-Spirit people living with or at risk of HIV and related co-infections.
